Before considering this further, could you share a bit more about your use case? Are you experiencing issues with the default MTU in your current setup, or specific connectivity problems that led you to this request?

Also, does this apply to your setup even without using AmneziaWG, or is it mainly tied to that scenario?

This context would help determine whether adjusting MTU would make sense to evaluate at this stage.
