Document edxap nginx services for logs in DD

The following services are available in DD logs (but not APM, as far as I am aware).

Where should this be documented so it can be found when needed? Are there appropriate runbooks? DD dashboards? Other docs - like the LMS service doc in the wiki?

Also note that we care more about lms, but we might want to document both. We should also share with TNL so they can document as they see fit.
