• CC-owning team is not prioritizing right now.
• Arch-BOM does not have capacity to look into possible SOCIAL_AUTH_PIPELINE bug right now. Deferring.
• Reached out to Feanil/Axim, and we'll see if they are able to make any headway.

I'm going to bump the review-after date to March 1 and move this to the backlog. FYI: @jristau1984
