Jome internationalization

Dear eepp,

I just discovered jome, and I like it a lot.

But it seems to have no internationalization system by now. Internationalizing the interface seems to not be a big deal, but I think there is some work to have internationalized emoji databases, to make search using keywords in LOCAL, and not only in english.

I think it would be a good improvement to jome for non-english users.
