Newsletter signup broken? #60

Someone reported the newsletter signup form was broken.
Using Chrome on a Mac: "I checked the n/w panel
And it made a post call to some convertkit subscription endpoint
The response payload had (paraphrasing) {status:'quarantined', activated: false}"
Seems like a contained issue. I just tested all the forms, and "works on my machine." And can see other people joined the newsletter today without issues.
I've no clue how to troubleshoot convertkit form integrations - @theianjones can you take a look? Happy to jump on a call if that would help.
