feat(midnight): explore hyperlane integration

During this M0, focus on following:

• Write simple template contracts for initial Hyperlane connection
• Verify if proper Hyperlane signature verification is available within Midnight libraries
• Check indexer features for listening changes on contracts

When work will need to be switched on Cardano side, document what has been explored and what the future options should be.

Work has been done in this branch. It contains README.md with documented stuff of what has been done, what should be done and what the limitations are.
