Some improvements for our HeaderEx implementation:

  • Add a way to choose if the request should be sent to trusted peers or not.
  • If no trusted peers are not connected we should create dial to trusted peers with DialOpts::peer_id instead of returning P2pError::NoConnectedPeers.
    • Trusted peers should be excluded from ConnectionLimits, otherwise if the limit is reached, we would not connect to them.
