Create /guide landing page for previous versions

We need a landing page for all 8.x and previous versions we can send users to view the old docs experience.

The /guide landing page must:

• Hide all "current" versions of the books, since those will redirect to new docs
• Hide all books that only have a single version (and have been migrated to new docs), including:
  • Search UI
  • Integrations
  • Serverless
  • APM AWS Lambda extension
  • APM attacher
  • ECS Logging reference
  • ECS Logging Logrus reference
  • ECS Logging zap reference
  • ECS Logging zerolog reference
  • ECS Logging .NET reference
