[EuiCard] Consider alternate betaBadge treatment when a card is in horizontal layout.

Problem

1. The betaBadge currently sits primary in hierarchy and visual prominence on top of the title and description. This tends to conflict with scan-ability and selection in cases where the badge is a more tertiary piece of metadata.
2. While the contents of a vertical card layout are centrally aligned, the horizontal layout title and description are left aligned. A centered and uniquely rounded betaBadge creates unnecessary optical variance.

Curious to consider alternate solutions.

Proposed solution no. 1

In horizontal card layout, consider offering a way to recede the location and weight of the badge below the description, and left-align with sibling content.

Trade offs

1. Proposed solution adds height to the card.
2. On the other hand, it cleans up some clutter in horizontal gutters between card rows.

Proposed solution no. 2

It would be good consistently use the EuiBetaBadge for these types of badges instead of reverting to the basic EuiBadge as there's already a learned meaning behind the different components.

I'd propose that instead of appending to the card's description, we use the single-letter version and append the card's title. We use this similar technique in our page headers as well.
