Invstigate how to handle mappings in the 10x project

Which indices should the generated documents be written to?

Options:

1. predefined indices
2. custom indices

In case 2. the mappings needs to be correctly set up according to the rules being triggered and the documents corpus used to superimpose the signal fields.

Why should we go with option 2? Because we want to double check that all the alerts expected for a given set of documents are effectively generated. If this can be achieved also when all the documents are written together in the same index, then we could also go with option 1.
