Document discovery mode with all pod logs and host logs from filelog receiver

Document how to configure the (Daemon) Collector to combine hints-based auto-discovery (to collect logs from all pods) with logs for hosts coming from static filelog receiver.

• copy values.yaml file locally
• adjust daemon collector config
• how to disable filelog receiver for all pod logs (but only keep it for host logs)
• annotate all pods with io.opentelemetry.discovery.logs/enabled
• customize (as needed) processing / parsing for selected pods using annotations + filelog receiver operators
