Consider using Vale Vocabularies

Consider using Vale Vocabularies to organize Elastic product and feature names and maybe also third-party product names. In my opinion, this would make it easier to review and contribute to exceptions for individual styles.

Thanks for taking on this one! If this works, it'd be ideal. I've limited experience with the Vocabularies feature, but seems like what we need.
