any plans to add Metaphone3?

Wanted to check if you plan to add latest version of Metaphone, it has been released under BSD and implementation in Java is available at https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/blob/master/main/src/com/google/refine/clustering/binning/Metaphone3.java
