Changes in the 3rd April 2025 version

Hello,

First of all thank you for all the work, your app has been so precious to us for a long while now !

I have a question related to the latest update of datasets with the version of 3rd April 2025. While most countries seem to have had only minor updates to their historical yearly emission factors, some of them have seen huge changes especially to 2024 data (Hong Kong, Switzerland, Malaysia for example). Could you elaborate on the reason behind those changes ?
