Issue
We have some Indian that are not used anymore and were replaced by IN-SO,IN-NO,IN-NE,IN-WE and IN-EA.
Description
This PR removes references to IN- zones not being one of the five currently used.
Should not be merged before https://github.com/electricitymaps/electricitymaps/pull/7338 has been merged and contrib has been updated.
