As a user
I want to set the optimization for image and video uploads independently
So that I can better mitigate the issues regarding the file upload limit and bandwidth consumption

Design:

• Advanced settings: iOS Android

Conditions:

• The current ON/OFF toggle should be migrated to the two separate settings as follows:
  • ON: image optimization - OFF, video optimization - Standard 720p
  • OFF: image optimization - OFF, video optimization - High 1020p
