Keyword mention breaks URL hyperlink

Steps to reproduce

1. Settings -> Notifications -> set Messages containing keywords: On or Noisy and Add keywords
2. Send a URL including one of those keywords from another account
3. Observe broken URL where the keywords are highlighted

Outcome

What did you expect?

The hyperlink and embed should not be affected by the highlighted keyword at all. This is what the sender sees.

What happened instead?

The hyperlink is broken by the highlighted keyword and the embed uses the broken URL. This is what the receiver sees with a mentioned keyword in the URL.
