So that the app can only run on Android OS versions that still receive security upgrades (https://endoflife.date/android).

We change nothing for Element X Android to be inclusive as much as possible but we should indicate in the docs we cannot guarantee integrity problems with unsecure versions of the OS (or rooted devices).
