Support Calls to Windows WSL, Handle Path Names Linux

Thanks for providing this package. Very much appreciated!

Two suggestions:

• Add option to send a system call to WSL on Windows: wsl cdo ...
• Option to quote path names after normalizePath(). Example: Path points to a symlink which in turn points to a path with spaces.

I'm not familiar on how WSL works. Does system("wsl cdo ...") just work? Can the user create an alias so that cdo runs wsl cdo? I could possibly support any arbitrary "cdo" string in cdo_use() but I'm wondering if setting up just so that the correct cdo is found by Sys.which() is better.

Right now paths are build with shQuote(normalizePath(operation)) here:

I believe that should take care of paths with spaces.
