Remove dependency ex_guard

Due to compile issues for macOS on a sub-dependency of ex_guard (fs).
More info about the issue synrc/fs#61

When ex_guard maintainers accepts the upgrade of the fs package, the issue
might be solved. Then, we can use this dependency again, or simply forget about macOS 🤪🙀
