Telegram Client issue, Bots not detecting each other.

Hey! i'm working in a test where 2 agents need to run a conversation between them on telegram.

I have removed the conditional to ignore the bots message, yet it is still not functioning. I attempted to run it within the same command and in separate terminals, but neither method detects when they are tagged by the other agent. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I did something like that for slack.
It required two steps:

1. stopping to ignore bot messages
2. forced agent to always post instead of choosing NONE action.
   but.... it leads to infinite loop of messages ;)
