INSTALLATION > [UPDATE AND UPGRADE](Update and Upgrade)

Upgrade

Head over to https://github.com/elkarte/Elkarte/
On the right end of the toolbar, you will see a button called "Download ZIP"
Download the package, and extract it
Upload the package and do the following:

Upload all the php files in the "root" (e.g. index.php, email_imap_cron.php, emailpost.php, emailtopic.php, subscriptions.php)
Upload the directories /sources/ and /themes/
