Empty revealer takes extra space in the UI

When the revealer isn't shown, it still takes up extra space on the left. Is there any way to prevent this?

The issue is the spacing of the box containing the revealer.
I'd suggest setting the spacing to 0 and instead using scss margins, at least that's what I did in my config.
