Syntax Highlighting inside of let in block

Syntax highlighting inside of let in blocks doesn't work for functions and function signatures.

Theme: Dark+ (default dark)

Not sure if we can solve that with the supported syntax highlighter. https://github.com/elm-tooling/elm-language-client-vscode/blob/master/syntaxes/elm.json

If vscode starts to support tree sitter it would be easy.

I might give it a try. I just need to learn TextMate grammers a little better. It seems possible, but I'm not sure yet either.
