I didn't try, and example would me to implement it.

Do you set the BatchItem.texture property after having changed the frame? This is required to recompute the item's texture data.

It is also possible that the texture should be cloned for each different frame configuration.

Now do not use data from texture.frame. No change of the frame. If the generation of the atlas image was cropped and fitted values ​​of frame - when drawing a texture ImageBatch through a shift, which should not be if you used data from texture.frame.
