[Documentation] [6.5] Forgotten announcement of 6.5 version

Whenever you follow the current installation steps it will install 6.5 but in website there isnt any info about 6.5 even it says latest as 6.4

We need this one fixed in order to land the latest info into our system : endoflife-date/endoflife.date#7788
