.Jar file not existing

Every single time i try to open the SporeModder i am met with this error message

I have java 11, i have redownloaded the sporemodder several times now, there is still no .Jar file to be found.

Anyone know how to solve this?

as far as I can tell you have to download a previous version and it'll start working
