Add CNRS and Université Paris Cité to the list of institutions

I intend to add a joint computer science department with members from:

• INRIA
• CNRS
• Université Paris Cité

The last two institutions are missing from the list of institutions.
CNRS is the French National Centre for Scientific Research, UPC is a Parisian university.

Is this the "department" you are planning to add? https://www.edite-de-paris.fr/ It appears to be an entirely separate institution but its status is not clear. Please clarify. Note that only PhD-granting institutions are eligible for inclusion in CSrankings.

I am planning on adding the irif, which is a joint research unit.

Although CNRS cannot confer degrees directly, its researchers can still supervise PhDs (much like INRIA, MPI, CISPA).
To get their degrees, students are always signed up to a doctoral school (usually hosted by Université Paris Cité, but not always)
Université Paris Cité can confer degrees through its doctoral school.

Unfortunately this type of joint research unit does not fit into the usual framework of a "department", being cross-institution and sometimes cross-university.
I've found that the least confusing way to deal with these is to classify each researcher by their main institution (i.e. by which affiliation they would put next to their name when publishing).

For your information, I intend on adding the LMF in the future, which also has joint CNRS, INRIA, and university teams.
