Online: Friends System

Create a functional Friends List.

Fix the current game friends list or ignore it.
Ignoring it, create a new system through the GUI/overlay.

• Add Friend
• Remove Friend
• Join Friend Game
• Create private session for "friends only" or for "specific friend/user" or broadcast your online lobby sessions for "X" friend.
• Notify user if a friend is online or if the friend is playing an online session (enable / disable)
