Disable Ferrari logo in C2C menus

The Ferrari logo texture in the right corner of the menus is probably a late add (as it covers up the OR2 logos in some of the time attack menus). You can, of course, substitute a blank texture for spr_sprani_sumo_fe_cvt_Exst\B9B5B1BC_64x64.dds, which works great, but it might be nice for an ini setting to disable the more overt licensor stipulation.
