[Feature Request]: fixed UI scaling without stretching with no letterboxing for others screens

Hello,

Can you please add an option to play with "fixed UI scaling without stretching, based on Outrun Online Arcade" while keeping the menu and other intermediate screen stretched without letterboxing ?

This would be appreciated to keep advantage of the corrected UI in the race while keeping the rest in full screen.
