[Feature Request]: Online: Session Management

Host can manage the current gaming session

• The Host could kick others from the session through the GUI/overlay, if someone is being a |)ICK. Also add a voting system to kick players.
• Pause the online game for everyone, if the host pauses it, everyone freezes. But also could have an option like a voting system to pause the game for a reason (there could be a template with some reasons to be selected).
• Voting system to change settings from the current session. Add a queue list of next races (like a map rotation from Quake / CS) or maybe a voting system for the next track to be played, or the next mode, etc.
