Right now, texture replacements are only applied if the language set in outrun2006.ini is 0 (english). When changing that parameter to 4 (spanish), original textures are used instead.

A complete remake of all the texts are required. They use different sprites. Also the translations could be improved. You can submit your own translations here.

AFAIK most of the texture replacements are made for the english textures, though I'd guess maybe some of them would still apply on other languages if the hash matches, but the folder name for them _Exst etc would be different so they wouldn't be used :/

If you move the textures from the _Exst folders to the main textures/load/ folder that might allow some of them to be loaded, would probably be missing any that have text on them though since hash wouldn't match.
