[Bug]: Replacement texture 24B1E81A refuses to load #301

A texture replacement was remade by the community and it doesn't load.
The texture 24B1E81A_128x128 refuses to load for some reason.
It is supposed to be at:
spr_SPRANI_SUMO_VSLOAD_Exst/24B1E81A_128x128.dds
But maybe it has another equivalent in some other place that we don't know, or maybe the folder should be lowercase like the other English folders?
I can't test here as I don't have two PCs, I tried to load two outruns to create a lan multiplayer but Windows don't let me do it.
