Primary difference from ember-cli-addon-docs

A section in the documentation which states how field-guide differs from ember-cli-addon-docs and any other alternatives would be awesome.

This will likely live in the Empress documentation https://empress.dev/release/ (which currently only has demo docs)

If we can think of a good way to structure these docs then that would be a nice start for us to complete this issue 👍
