[contrib.glfw3] new version (bug fix) (#26018)

I pushed a new version which fixes a bug with the following release
notes:

- Fixed [#26](pongasoft/emscripten-glfw#26):
_Cursor position set to delta movement instead of virtual position on
pointer lock_ (thanks to [mrizaln](https://github.com/mrizaln) for
reporting and providing the fix)
