Themes feature

Provide a mechanism to have multiple colour and layout themes. For the layout options, Im thinking more like a really minimalistic view without the borders around windows, and maximising the screen size for editing.

If you can upload some basic designs so I can get a better idea, I don't see why we can't have a config option to select between them.
