Per-manufacturer hardware and enterprise numbers

I understand that the device category has been added, but this won't scale. May I suggest breaking this down into (e.g.) cisco, hp, meraki, juniper etc.?

Also, we may need to standardise on manufacturer, for example by IANA Enterprise Numbers, available here:
https://www.iana.org/assignments/enterprise-numbers/enterprise-numbers

What/how many kind of devices were you looking to add?
