[spring boot] Add commercial (HeroDevs) support for EOL versions

The changes planned are:

• update dates for commercial support
• add HeroDevs as support option in support table
• add herodevs tag.

@AndreAngelantoni if herodev commencial support is mentioning in related product's own webpage we can add it otherwise it will bring responsibility to us which we never accept. So Does herodevs mentioned in springboot's own page or not ? if not we need to close this issue record
