Code improvements in examples

• Forcearray: double ternary (guillotine.adoc:526, webapp.adoc:279, webapp.adoc:524)
• Use custom forcearray everywhere instead of the custom one in some places and imported from util in others
• Don't nest lambdas
• Clarify the chain around fetching and extracting movie array props
