Feature Request - Add custom text entry fields for customised reports

I have managed to get the default locations set on the report, as well as make the vector layer auto select the active one by modifying odt_report_alg.py -

It would be beneficial if we could add some custom text fields to enter details and place into the ODT report, in my case I would like to enter a 'Description of Works' and perhaps some customer contact details and have them show in the report.
