Markdown Linting Options

@davidxia brought up the question of leveraging a markdown linter: #374

Let's discuss what stylechecks we want to be able to decide what type of linter is appropriate.

It's a very minor thing. I usually use the default rule set here with tweaks and exceptions for rules like line lengths when they're too strict.

I agree with using as few extra dependencies as possible. I haven't tried the Go-based linter https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/fuchsia/+/8023e94b8b78/tools/mdlint?pli=1, but it might be good.
