Converting a single folder (example: flac to opus) and setting fre:ac to read and write cover art works well. All songs are converted onto the output folder with no embedded cover art, and there is a cover art image file in the folder, which can be read by players. This is not the case when converting a large number of files/folders/etc.
It should also work when converting a large number of files.
It is possible to manually extract and put the cover.jpg files in the relevant directories, but this process is very slow.
