Add option to make collection start as not displayed #28
Description
When combining many data collections in an indicator it would be good to have the option to define which ones should be enabled or disabled by default.
It probably makes sense to define this for an indicator, but the display or not information should probably live in the collection stac object.
So potentially defining it in the collections (referenced by the indicator) instead of the indicator would make sense. This would allow to also start a collection as disabled (not sure i can think of a reason though), not only the ones integrated in an indicator.
