@gdemoro do you provide the script through a dedicated GitHub repository.

Because to build a Conda package around your tool, you need :

• a proper dedicated GitHub repository
• a LICENCE file : GNU or other
• some release tags

From that point, it will be easy to build a Conda package and so get for free a Docker image and so for free a Singularity image 👍
