What is the problem this feature will solve?

We need to develop API endpoints to integrate applications as resources within the DIAL Core system. These endpoints will enable the management of application resources by supporting CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) and access rule management. This feature will streamline the process of registering, updating, and controlling access to applications as resources in the DIAL Core ecosystem.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?
