Hight atoms in a molecule

Hi guys,
I want to hight some atoms in a molecule using ketcher with code, say, I have a molecule in .mol format, and I got the atoms to be highlighted in a list([1, 2, 3...]), so how to use ketcher function to do it? Is there a function like hightlightAtomsForMolecule(mol, atomslist) to do so?
