Hi everyone!
I have observed that when ketcher receives a certain smiles, for example CC(=O)Oc1ccccc1C(=O)O, after I get it from ketcher with
getSmilesit will be CC(Oc1c(C(O)=O)cccc1)=O, if I paste this smile,getSmileswill return CC(=O)Oc1ccccc1C(=O)O.There are even more cases for complex smiles.
Is there any way to get the same smiles?
