Modular setup

Right now we only give one option to setup vuestic-admin, which is to copy the repo.

But some people might want clean layout or only some pages. So it might be cool to provide some sort of a modular build.

This issue is not ready to be implemented, we need serious planning before we do.

• Is there a simplified template which is suitable for developing directly? #759

It will be wonderful to switch on / off some of the demo features in the settings page to export the template with the settings.
