Hi @dnaase and @haizi-zh.

I wanted to ask you about the workflow to run to get pre-processing equal to your FinaleDB public database, is it correct to run the file finaledb.smk? I ask because according to the README you refer to run the file workflow.slurm.smk but it contains inside it several rules that refer to local wrapper files on your server.
